The evaluation of productivity of sunflower varieties and crop rotation links of sunflower in leached chernozem of the Western Ciscaucasia

The productivity of sunflower varieties of VNIIMK breeding is as follows: SUR, Buzuluk, Master, and also the confectionery variety Lakomka cultivated as a link of oil flax-winter wheat-sunflower of eight-field crop rotation is by 0.14 % tones/hectares higher, or by 5.8 % higher in comparison with a link oil flax-sunflower-winter wheat of four-field crop rotation. Similarly, the total level of productivity of eight-field crop rotation link is by 0.87 tons of grain unit higher, or by 7.8 % higher in comparison with four-field crop rotation link; and the latter cultivation variant for given crops in alternation oil flax-sunflower-winter wheat is less favorable from agronomic point of view.
