In vivo evaluation of meat quality of rearing beef breeds and productivity is of great scientific and practical value for further breeding. The aim of this work was the in vivo evaluation of the quality of bull-calves of meat breeds, bred in a zone of Northern Kazakhstan on their own productivity. The best indicators of live weight were calves of the 1st group - the Kazakh white breed of cattle. In accordance with the "Manual for the appraisal..." [9], they in all evaluation periods, the growth can be attributed to the Elite class (9 months) and grade 1 at the age of 12 and 15 months. Repair bull-calves of group 2 (auliekolskaya breed) at the age of 9 months had a live weight less than the requirements of class 2, but they grew more intense in the period from 9 to 12 months of age and moved to the group corresponding to the live weight of class 1. Rearing 3 groups (Aberdeen angoscia rock), 9 and 12 months of age was assessed as grade 1, and at the age of 15 months has already reached indicators of the Elite class. The results of the calculation of live weight was found that the genetic potential growth rate at the age of 210 days, all of the studied calves of meat breeds is high and corresponds to the class of Elite-record, but by 12 months of age, they reduce your quality to 1 (of 1 and 3 groups) and class 2 (group 2, auliyekolskaya).
