Evaluation of reproductive safety of herbal products

This article presents the results of the study of the effect of funds from plant materials on antenatal and postnatal development of offspring of white rats. Studies have established the absence of embryotoxic and teratogenic properties of the drug in question. It is shown that its intra-gastric administration once a day for 19 days at a dose of 2.5 ml/kg of body weight does not lead to morphological changes in the entire body or individual organs of the emerging fetus, including the bone system. In assessing the development of newborn rats deviations on the studied indicators is not established.
