Assessing the effectiveness of business-oriented training for college students

In a situation of active development of modern approaches to education, the organization of conditions and the development of control tools for assessing and understanding the effectiveness of the functioning and implementation of the activities of a regional innovation platform are becoming increasingly important. The article presents a generalized experience of implementing the activities of the regional innovation platform of the Chelyabinsk State College of Food Industry and Trade in business-oriented training, examines in detail the organizational, psychological and pedagogical conditions of the project, and shows ways and means of assessing the effectiveness of training students as young entrepreneurs. The ways and methods of assessing the emerging competencies of future entrepreneurs are shown. The necessity of implementing the activities of a regional innovation platform is substantiated not only for an effective start in the real business environment of future entrepre- neurs, but also for the teachers and mentors who provide this training. The article also summarizes the main results and analyzes the weaknesses and prospects for further development of the college in the new conditions of digitalization and mediatization of business education.
