Features of pollution and legal protection of the atmospheric air of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article presents the state of atmospheric pollution in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The consequences of air pollution are considered, namely, the statistics of morbidity and mortality from oncology for the last year in the Republic of Bashkortostan are analyzed. The necessity of a new effective legislative mechanism for the protection of atmospheric air is presented. Regulatory and legal documents in the field of atmospheric air protection in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Bashkortostan are covered.
