ASSESSMENT OF THE CONDITION OF THE PERSONNEL OF THEAssessment of the condition of the personnel of the cultural institutions and role of the higher educational institution of culture in their training CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS AND ROLE OF THE HIGHER EDU-CATIONAL INSTITUTION OF CULTURE IN THEIR TRAINING

Cultural institutions carry out an important mission to organize the leisure of the population, form socially significant values, preserve culture and national heritage. A significant factor contributing to their highly effective activities is the provision of the professionally trained personnel. On the basis of the results of the survey of the cultural workers of Ulan-Ude city the issues connected with the assessment of the condition of existing personnel and requirements for the future graduates of the higher educational institutions are considered. The author highlights some problems in the light of training specialists for the field of culture and suggests the ways of their solution.
