This paper gives the study results of pupils and students nutritional behavior in Kemerovo. The study purpose was definition of the most common stereotypes of pupils and students nutrition, satisfaction fullness in these population groups in nutrients, revealing main problems associated with rations composition and suggestion of measures aimed at optimizing nutrition rations.
