Assessment of satisfaction with work in team with different level of staff turnover

The purpose of the study is a theoretical substantiation and empirical con rmation of the characteristics of meeting the needs of employees in teams with di erent levels of sta turnover. The main research methods were: theoretical analysis of the literature on the research topic, psychodiagnostic method, methods of mathematical statistics. To collect data, the method “Integral Job Satisfaction” by A. V. Batarsheva (2002). The study was conducted on the basis of the sta of the Kanzburo group of companies (Chelyabinsk, Russia). In the course of the work, 82 employees from ve structural divisions were interviewed. In the course of the study, the level of sta turnover in ve divisions of the company was established, on the basis of which the teams of departments were divided into 3 groups: with a natural, medium and high level of sta turnover, which were compared in terms of job satisfaction. On the basis of statistical analysis, it was found that in teams with di erent levels of sta turnover, there are signi cant di erences in the level of job satisfaction. At the same time, satisfaction with one’s own achievements in work is a key factor.
