Assessment of ultrastructural changes in the association of microorganisms involved in the appearance and distribution of diseases of the fingers and hooves of cattle under the influence of complex agent "SV"

The purpose of the study was to evaluate ultrastructural changes in the association of microorganisms (potential pathogens of diseases of the fingers and hooves of cattle) under the influence of a new complex product “SV” for dry hoof baths. A morphological study of microorganisms at the ultrastructural level under the influence of the developed product showed that “SV” has bactericidal and fungicidal properties, expressed by clearing the electron density of microorganism sections, disrupting the configuration of bacterial cells, increasing the perinuclear space, up to the complete destructive processes showing. The results of the study indicate the possibility of introducing the “SV” product, developed at the FSBSI «FCTRBS-ARRVI», when carrying out therapeutic and preventive measures in agricultural enterprises affected by diseases of the fingers and hooves of cattle.
