The quantitative analysis of the education level specialists of the Russian Federation veterinary service personnel

The article presents the results of a quantitative analysis of the education level of the Russian Federation Veterinary Service personnel as of 2017. The results demonstrate that a significantly large proportion of veterinary professionals with the veterinary institutions of the RF subjects have higher education. The number of veterinary professionals covered by further training programs is shown to be insufficient and the need for the veterinary education system modernization in the Russian Federation is discussed in the article.
