Assessing the level of formed personal organizational skills of military universities’ students of the federal national guard troops service of the Russian Federation

This article examines the necessity of forming competence for making effective managerial decisions by the military universities’ students of the National Guard Forces Command of the Russian Federation. The study defines its essence, content and the conditions for its development. The authors present the diagnostic system for estimating the level of its formation among military universities’ students. The paper shows the dynamic changes in the relevant level of formed personal organizational skills of students while using the method of service and combat situations during education at the University of the Federal National Guard Troops Service of the Russian Federation. The proposed diagnostic system can be applied not only in teaching students and attendees of security agencies universities but also during commander training of officers in formations and military units while verifying the suitability of candidates for military service under the contract or nominating officers for higher positions as well.
