Assessing the level of formed professional and managerial skills of military universities’ students of the federal national guard troops service of the Russian Federation

This article examines the possibilities of the method of specific situations in the competence formation for making effective managerial decisions by the military universities’ students of the National Guard Forces Command of the Russian Federation. The paper analyzes the results of the survey on the relevant level of formed professional and managerial skills of military universities’ students. The research provides an advanced experience of using the method of service and combat situations during military education, as well as shows its ability to identify professional and personal skills of servicemen and officers of the Federal National Guard Troops Service of the Russian Federation.
