Assessment of the conditions for the implementation of the concept of forming a safety culture in the practice of preschool and primary general education

The article substantiates the need to develop a holistic concept of the formation of a safety culture at all levels of basic general education. To solve this problem, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive study related to training in the field of life safety. Using the example of preschool and primary general education, the article shows the directions of consideration of the macro-level (characteristics of modern society, children's population, the system of education in the field of life safety, determining the role of education in ensuring the safety of an individual, society, state) and micro-level (activities of educational organizations, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the concept) of the functioning of the education system, approaches to the development of diagnostic tools are presented.
