Assessment of the influence of non-restaining braces on the value of dynamic reactions of a beam bridge

The article presents the results and analysis of a comparative calculation of the dynamic impact in the form of short-term dynamic load on the span structure of a beam bridge, taking into account the compliance of its base. The calculation was carried out using the numerical method of direct integration of the differential equation of motion using the finite element method. A comparison of the calculation results without taking into account the compliance of the base and taking this factor into account showed an increase in the amplitude displacements of the center of the span by 17% and the time to reach these maximum values by 8%.
