An assessment of the impact of blended learning on the readiness for professional activity of future educational leaders is presented. An overview of this approach in some Russian and Chinese educational institutions is presented. The positive effect of blended learning on the key skills and competencies of students - future leaders of educational programs is noted. It is recommended to create specialized courses and provide students with technical equipment.
