Order of succession according to the law: problematic aspects and ways to solve them

In this article, the author, analyzing the processes of improving the institution of inheritance, notes the important role of inheritance by law, a significant increase in the queues of inheritance, which, in the author's opinion, indicates the legislator's desire to ensure the economic continuity of generations. The author also draws attention to the lack of regulation of the legal mechanism of escheated property, proposes to fix at the legislative level the legal procedure for the transfer of this property to state ownership.
