В лекции представлены современные взгляды на ключевые моменты патогенеза острой кровопотери, клиническую значимость гемодинамических, волемических, гемостазиологических и гемических нарушений, возникающих при массивной кровопотере. Рассматриваются приоритетные задачи лечения пациентов с острой кровопотерей. Приводятся сравнительная характеристика и возможные точки приложения современных инфузионных сред при острой кровопотере. Приведен алгоритм инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии у пациентов с острой кровопотерей.
