The article presents a pneumatic separating machine with separation of particles by gravity, which differs from the existing mechanisms with a vibration receiving sieve after the bunker.This sieve is designed to separate the largest impurities.Then the grain material descends the pneumatic channel. It has vertical plates. They equalize the speed of the air flow, which contributes to the release of light impurities.After that, the grain material is divided into two parts - the main grain with small impurities and the main grain with large ones, using combs to separate impurities according to their thickness. Shields are installed to to ensure that the particles of impurities do not fly far after hitting the pitch boards The article presents the results of experimental studies on the separation of the material into the main grain (barley and rye), large and small impurities.
