Одноплоскостная поперечная остеотомия пяточной кости как метод коррекции заднего отдела стопы при приобретенных статодинамических деформациях

Внесуставные пяточные остеотомии - это сустав-сохраняющие методы, которые применяются для коррекции деформации заднего отдела стопы во фронтальной плоскости при поло-варусной или плоско-вальгусной установке. Во избежание осложнений и для достижения оптимальных исходов следует тщательно соблюдать показания и противопоказания к данной операции. Одноплоскостные пяточные остеотомии направлены на центрирование заднего отдела стопы, так называемой «треноги», через простую поперечную остеотомию тела пяточной кости. Благодаря которой бугристость пяточной кости можно сместить во фронтальной плоскости в любом направлении: медиально, латерально, проксимально, дистально или комбинировать в зависимости от типа деформации. Цель данной статьи пропагандировать простую(поперечная, slide-остеотомия) пяточную остеотомию, у пациентов с эластичной деформацией, как эффективное лечение для устранения стойкого болевого синдрома и имеющейся деформации, при минимальном распределении нормальной функции и биомеханики стопы, тем самым предотвращая развития артроза в смежных и вышележащих отделах скелета нижней конечности [4]...
