Restrictions on the use of research methods in forensic examination of living persons

The types of forensic examination in relation to living persons and the specifics of their conduct are considered, taking into account restrictions in the use of research methods established by law. The research methods that are forbidden to be used in the examination of living persons are given. The article reveals the requirements of the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation, under which expert activity in relation to living persons is mandatory.
