Rendering security services as a civil object right

This article examines what is included in the concept of "provision of security services as an object of civil rights" and identifies the legal properties of services in the process of carrying out entrepreneurial security activities. The legislative base and judicial practice are analyzed, where the explanation of the contract of security services is given and the place of provision of security services in the civil law system of Russia is established and their classification is developed. As a result, it is concluded that security services are actively developing, and for the normal functioning of this activity it is necessary to close gaps in legislation.
