Operational search measures applied by the internal affairs bodies at the stage of preliminary investigation of bribery

The article presents the main statistical indicators of the results of the preliminary investigation of bribery (Articles 290-291.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in 2015-2022. The analysis of bribery is made jointly, due to the presence of identical signs in all its forms - one object and the subject of the crime. Based on personal experience of practical work, the certain measures are suggested to optimize the operational-search support of the preliminary investigation of bribery in current conditions.
