The article presents data on the content of tannins, flavonoids, total content of antioxidants (CSA) of sea buckthorn and currant leaves growing on the territory of the Republic of Buryatia. It studies the content of biologically active substances (BAS) in water-alcohol extracts of plant raw materials of various concentrations during storage. The study demonstrates the necessity to select water-alcoho l extragent concentrations for extracting a particular BAS in larger quantities. Thus, with a 50% solution tannins are removed more fully from the sea buckthorn leaves on the 7th day of maceration. , The greatest yield of sea buckthorn leaf flavonoids occurs on the 3rd day with a 40% alcohol solution. The greatest yield of CSA occurs when treated with a 60% extragent on the 5th day. The greatest extraction of tannins of currant leaves occurs on the 5th day with a 40% extractant. The maximum content of flavonoids is observed on the 3rd day with an alcohol concentration of 70%. The greatest CCA is observed when using a 50% extract on the 5th day of maceration.
