The problems of methods and forms, boundaries of public-private partnership in the field of preserving and improving the environment are investigated. The boundaries of the partnership are defined in the plane of those conditions that may be contained in agreements on public-private partnerships, as well as at the level of partnership principles. The methods or forms of partnershipare analyzed taking into account the mechanism of cooperation between government agencies and private business.
