Organophosphate pesticides, being highly effective, are dangerous for animals, humans and the environment. 80 % of serious poisonings are caused by organophosphate pesticides. In this regard, the development of remedies for animal poisoning with organophosphate pesticides remains an urgent task of veterinary pharmacology and toxicology. The article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at studying the parameters of acute and chronic toxicity of the new choli-nolytic R-1 synthesized in the FCTRBS. Experiments were carried out on pond fish and guppies. For this purpose, the animals were kept in cholinolytic solutions. Survival, behavior, and weight of specimens were evaluated. According to the results of experiments, the acute toxicity of cholinolyt-ic for ponds is 150.95±24.77 mg/dm3, for fish - 200.00±18.5 mg/dm3.
