Determination of the efficient profile of combustion chamber of the boosted transport diesel engine

The system of designing the efficient profiles of the open combustion chambers in pistons without valve recess and under the condition of the absence of the organized air charge motions is considered. This system is based on the theoretical researches of the process interaction of fuel jet with the combustion chamber wall and on the results of the experiments discovering the influence of the combustion chamber construction parameters on the parameters of diesel engine operating process.
