The author examines issues related to the calculation of fair payment for a public easement. Proposes a formula for calculating a one-time payment for such an easement, taking into account a coefficient that takes into account the degree of its influence on the capabilities of the legal owner of the land plot. Identifies the factors whose analysis is necessary to justify the extent of such influence of the easement. Recommends the use of terminal yield rates (discount rates) to calculate the annual fee for a public easement in the case of annual constant payments throughout the term of the public easement agreement. Gives examples of calculations.
