The authors note that the COVID-19 pandemic has given tenants a legal basis to lower their rent. The article describes 8 methods for determining the size of the market rent reduction, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. The results of practical testing of methods are presented - specific ranges of the market rent reduction are indicated.
