Determination of essence of professional subjectivity in socio-philosophical discourse

In the article structural variants of professional subjectness are correctly described. The basis for the differentiation of approaches to the identification of the essence of professional subjectness is its specific components - motivational, operational and reflective, value-semantic and creative-effective. The criteria of professional subjectness of personality are presented too. The composition of the parameters of the development of professional subjectivity includes epistemological, praxeological, aceological components. The totality of these criteria means the degree of maturity of the professional, manifested at the subject level. The mechanism of integration of professional culture of the person as an attribute of the general culture of the person is described. Integration of personal and professional culture is ensured through the establishment of an optimal combination between the overall indicator of the development of the culture of the individual (universal creative activity) and the indicator of professionalism (the level of proficiency in the specialized content of the knowledge system). The content of professional and pedagogical culture of a specialist in the field of education is described, which ensures the formation of world outlook, knowledge, procedural grounds for the manifestation of personality as a subject of professional activity.
