Determination of the essence of resistance of teachers of adaptive physical culture

Innovative trackers of the development of the modern system of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation are focused primarily on the heterogeneity of the composition of students and pupils who are engaged in physical culture. Particularattention is currently paid to children with disabilities in terms of their rehabilitation and adaptation to a normal social environment. A holistic support system for such children is called adaptive physical culture, which has a dominant goal - improving and harmonizing the qualities of children with disabilities with the help of social, hygienic, physical, psychological and pedagogical factors. To achieve this goal, teachers of adaptive physical culture are being trained, who must have a complex of relevant professional skills and personal qualities. One of the most important qualities of a teacher is his resilience. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of determining the essence of resilience of teachers of adaptive physical culture. Resilience is considered as a complex of internal resources of the teacher, including his ability to emotional self-regulation in stressful situations, the level of formation of physical, mental and psychological vitality. The components of adaptive physical culture teachers’ resilience as a complex phenomenon were described.
