Determination of losses caused by the occupation of agricultural land when establishing a public easement for the construction of a linear facility

The authors analyzed the provisions of regulatory legal acts governing the determination of the amount of damages when establishing a public easement, identified individual contradictions and gave recommendations on how to overcome them. The damage and lost profits compensated to the owner of the land plot under an agreement on compensation for damages, and the costs reimbursed under other agreements were determined. The methodology for assessing damages in the case of establishing a public easement for the placement of linear objects on agricultural lands used, in particular, for arable land, was considered.
