The article describes the stages of analytical work on the use of regression dependencies to predict the main parameters of promising models of tracked bulldozers, which can simplify the selection of a specific model for the required tasks. The data of the world's leading manufacturers of special equipment is analyzed. Regression relationships are obtained that determine the relationship between the width of the blade of a tracked bulldozer, its engine power and operating weight. Tables of comparison of actual and calculated main operational parameters of crawler bulldozers of various size groups produced by Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr companies are formed.
