The optimum work mode for potash mines workers

Data on comparative estimation of functional parameters of cardiovascular system (CVS) and cognitive functions at workers occupied on performance of underground mining operations at various duration of running cycles and the inter-shift periods are submitted. Screening prereplaceable measurements of the arterial pressure (AP), heart rate (HR), showed that functional indicators remained within admissible physiological values only the first two days of a running cycle. Lasting running cycle more than 3 working days in a row observed a tendency to increase in AP level and increase of heart rate (HR). The expressed lability of AD is risk factor of development of arterial hypertension. At the replaceable schedules of work practiced today inter-shift rest and the days off don't compensate completely exhaustion.
