The article is devoted to the activity optimization of the East Siberian State Institute of Culture (ESSIC) major departments. In the author’s opinion, being in constant search of mechanisms of professional activity optimization and their implementation in the educational process the faculty of these departments provide socio-cultural education modernization aimed at enhancing its quality.
