Optimization of the urodynamic diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the upper urinary tract in patients with cervical cancer stage IIB-III a.d

The subject of the study is diagnostics and treatment of urodynamic malfunctioning of upper urinary tracts of patients with cervical cancer stages IIB-III at late term after combined radiation therapy. A research of ureters' emission by method of color dopplerography has been introduced into a diagnostics complex, including ultrastudy of buds and radioisotopic research of buds' emission processes. A study of ureters' emission allowed to define early malfunctioning of urine arcade of 23.1% of patients, whose patology hadnt been diagnosed after ultrasound check of buds. Based on the results of disruptioned frequence of ureters' emission, an increase of number of patients with conservative treatment has been noted. As a result, a decrease by 14.2% (p=0,034) in number of patients who were prescribed a draining of upper urinary tracts was noted.
