Due to anatomical location of the adrenal gland surgical manipulations are very traumatic, and are accompanied by lots of complication. In this regard, in recent years, it is being carefully search for the best minimally invasive access. This article discussesthe main advantages and disadvantages of different minimally invasive approaches in the case of adrenal gland pathologies bases of international experience of recent years.
