Optimization of treatment of patients with acute coronary pathology using non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring

We evaluate the effectiveness of the correction amount of intensive therapy in patients hospitalized in an intensive care unit with acute coronary pathology complicated with heart failure (HF), using the results of non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring computer-diagnostic system «Simona 111» compared with the treatment of heart failure in patients with acute coronary syndrome without non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Noted earlier periods of hemodynamic stabilization and reduction of length of stay in the intensive care unit in a group of patients with hemodynamic corrected taking into account the actual integrated hemodynamic parameters.
