Optimization of logistical processes in trade

The success of any business, including trade, where digital technologies are used and rapidly developing, largely depends on effective logistics. To compete, businesses should be able to balance optimal cost and delivery time, and also take into account that consumers demand fast and reliable delivery. In light of this optimization solutions play a key role in the management of logistical processes. The article considers the importance and some components of logistics management of flow processes of a trading company as a participant in the supply chain. We have paid particular attention to the optimization of logistical processes in all main functional areas of logistics. It is noted that the effective management of these processes largely determines the economic success of a company in the market in a competitive environment.
