Optimization of nutrient medium for obtaining hypoallergic bio-product

A nutrient medium for the cultivation of bifidobacteria based on rice -water and for the creation of a biopreparation for small children with intolerance to lactose and milk protein has been developed in the article. It s found that an optimum dose of the rice-water, which ensures active growth of bifidobacteria is 70%. At the same time, the process of increasing biomass is intensified and the duration of cultivation is halved. It is established that a high content of macromolecular polysaccharides in the rice -water allows excluding expensive agar from the nutrient medium. The main components of the optimized nutrient medium are: rice -water, water, peptone, glucose and other growth factors.
