Optimization of training of managerial and pedagogical staff in the sphere of physical culture and sports through diversification of content and teaching methods

The relevance of optimizing the training of management and teaching staff in the field of physical education and sports through diversification of the content and methods of training is due to the need to meet the modern requirements of a dynamically developing industry, where the demand for specialists who can effectively combine management and pedagogical competencies is growing. Traditional approaches to training often do not take into account the rapid changes in the sports industry, the digitalization of processes and the need for interdisciplinary integration, which requires the introduction of flexible educational models and innovative methods. Diversification of the content of programs allows you to adapt the training of personnel to a variety of professional challenges, including the management of sports organizations, the introduction of health-saving technologies and work with various categories of students, which increases the competitiveness of graduates. In addition, updating teaching methods with an emphasis on practice-oriented, project-based and interactive forms helps to develop key skills in future specialists that are necessary for successful professional activity in the conditions of high volatility of the labor market and socio-economic transformations. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of optimizing the training of management and teaching staff in the field of physical education and sports through diversification of the content and methods of training and identifying effective ways to implement this process. The main strategically important diversification areas of training were identified and a set of innovative methods and technologies was developed, including soft skills training, personalized training formats and practice-oriented methods. The study was conducted on the example of training students in the Master's program «Management in the Field of Physical Education and Sports».
