Optimization of the management information system of higher school: соnceptual approaches

The paper presents conceptual approaches to the construction of an information system for supporting the educational process and scientific researches. Using the capabilities of the distributed, decentralized infrastructure and cloud computing enables a new approach to questions of management of an educational institution in the conditions of reorientation of the educational paradigm to the competence-credit approach and the two-level system of training of specialists.
