Optimization the process of receiving the tincture within complex processing of dandelion medicinal (Taraxacum officinale Wigg.) phytomass

Research the dandelion medicinal ( Taraxacum officinale Wigg.) grass, samples of tinctures received by method of the modified fractional maceration and percolation method with use as extragent 40% and 70% of alcohol ethyl, and also cakes. As an optimum method of receiving tincture from grass of dandelion the percolation method with use as extragent of alcohol ethyl 70% was chosen. The content of phenolic substances in tincture made 0,33%, in cakes - 0,55%. It is defined that extent of extraction the biologically active agents made 75%.
