The study aims to disclosure theoretical-methodological aspects of the development needs of the professional self-affirmation novice tutors preschool educational institutions, as a condition for the successful organization of pedagogical activities. The author attempts to highlight the urgency of the need for professional self-affirmation for beginner teachers of pre-school education, given the contradictions between the call of new socio-economic realities prevailing in our country, and the lack of proper teacher training system in the process of training. Also, the problem of professional self-affirmation of the novice teacher of preschool education in accordance with the basic requirements for the qualification of tutors of preschool educational organizations and the personal qualities of the teacher professional standard. Professional assertiveness plays a big role, as statement of person in the profession and society allows you to open a "unique personality", to carry out the processes selfdevelopment and self-improvement necessary to move up the ladder value in the professional community. In this case, the individual self-assertion process goes in the direction of changing the point of view, selfawareness, self-concept through relationships with others. In the article the expediency of studying professional affirmation of teachers, which is due to the necessity of conceptual understanding of personal and professional development of teachers of pre-school education and the need to develop the theoretical foundations of personal and professional development of teachers of pre-school education is not only in a rapidly developing practice of training but also the development of the teacher as a professional directly on his workplace.
