Optimization of the training process of sportsmen-orienting youth №1. Kursk city using modeling of main components and competition conditions

The article presents the results of the implementation of an experimental simulation program orienteering sportsmen training program of Youth Sports School No. 1 of Kursk for the upcoming competitions. The program is based on modeling the conditions and components of competitive activity. This program made it possible to efficiently prepare athletes for the main starts of the season, helping to increase the sportsmen competitiveness.
