Optimization of transportation application contract

The problem of transportation application contract unification is considered in the article. The analysis shows that in practice of carrier companies characteristics of transportation application contract vary significantly. The information systems of transport market needs a universal form of transportation application contract. Based on the analysis of application forms optimized form of transportation application contract is given.
