Experience of outpatient coercive observation and treatment of persons committing socially dangerous acts

In the article results of outpatient coercive observation and treatment of mentally ill persons having committed socially dangerous acts are discussed. In addition, issues of structure of its organization, medico-psychiatric principles of such an approach, basic criteria of identification of the cohort of those persons are discussed.
