Czech experience in implementing programmes of additional education in energy efficiency sphere

The problems of the lifelong learning are of current interest all over the world due to the need to develop professional skills for economics, bringing them in line with the rapidly changing scientific, industrial, technological, socio-economic and cultural conditions of social life. The study of the best teaching practices in other countries may be of great help in constructing the productive systems of additional professional education of the personnel. The aim of this study is to find the innovative ways to improve the training and retraining of managerial and technical personnel in the field of energy saving with the help of the best practices of the Czech Republic education system. The experience analysis of the educational institutions of the Czech Republic in the implementation of additional vocational training and the analysis of the scientific literature on the specified subject were made. The paper summarizes the best practices of the Czech Republic studied at the educational institutions and on their websites. The forms, methods and main directions of additional education in the Czech Republic are characterized. The trends of additional vocational training in the Czech Republic are formulated. The modern methods, forms, educational technologies identified can be used in the work of institutions of additional education at Russian universities and at the training centers of organizations.
