Experience of surgical treatment of nonspecific spondylitis at HIV-positive patients

One of possible options of the accompanying infectious inflammatory processes at HIV-positive patients are nonspecific purulent diseases of a backbone. The purpose of surgical treatment of nonspecific spondylitis against HIV-infection is elimination of infection, decompression of the vertebral channel, restoration and preservation the structure and function of a backbone, improvement the life quality and pain relief. Results of surgical treatment of nonspecific purulent diseases of a backbone at HIV-positive patients and without HIV, generally don't differ, and, in most cases we observed good and satisfactory outcomes of treatment.
