Experience in the using results of medico-legal assessment in organizing protection of accused persons (practice of Moscow lawyer bureau Osherov, Oniskovets & Partners)

In article there are considered the theoretical and practical aspects of using results of medico-legal assessment in organizing protection of accused persons. By specific example of the accused persons protection the author has been shown that using so-called competitiveness of experts according to which the right to appoint legal expertise are not only given to the court and part of charge but to side protected; it allows ultimately to render just sentence.
