Experience in the use of ultrasonic apparatus eksodzhen express (pulse generator, low-frequency ultrasound) in the combined treatment intra-articular fractures of the distal tibial metaepiphysis toc \o "1-5" \h \z bone (pylon) in the casualty department of MSH CDB number 1 Russian Railways

Modern therapy of the metaepiphysis fracture of the tibia with EXOGEN express ultrasonic system are discussed. We analyzed a part of 24 patients (50%) with the metaepiphysis fracture of the tibia, who were a bad consolidaition of the fracture, and who treated with EXOGEN express ultrasonic system. These findinds suggest that combined therapy with EXOGEN express ultrasonic system highly effective. This system perhaps as an optional method of treatment of the metaepiphysis fracture of the tibia.
